Every day, without fanfare, local non-profits work hard to fulfill their missions, from celebrating the arts, sciences and Oregon’s heritage, to meeting the needs of our area’s underserved. But getting the word out to those who need their services or who want to visit, donate or volunteer is a constant challenge. CCTV has stepped up to help.
Our goal is to find innovative ways to help non-profits expand their outreach in challenging economic times. We offer a number of services including the creation of short informational videos, the opportunity to appear on our non-profit talk show series, space on our on-channel community billboard, and production of our annual non-profit holiday messages.

Non-Profit Holiday Greetings
Every November, CCTV invites local non-profit organizations into our studios to record short holiday messages for the community. The holiday greetings play on CCTV’s channels from Thanksgiving through Christmas, and are also uploaded to YouTube to share. We provide a holiday set, assistance with script writing, and fun and festive props. Make sure you’re on this year’s invite list by calling us at (503) 588-2288!
The CCTV Community Billboard is a rotation of slides featuring information about local non-profit organizations, which plays in between regular programming on channel 23. Salem non-profit organizations and individuals may submit PSAs to promote local non-profit events and services. You may either create the graphic yourself (1280x720 resolution) or you may submit graphics and information to CCTV staff and we will create the slide for you. Staff may edit announcements to fit the limited space on the screen. To submit a billboard request, click the following link:
