CCTV’s Summer Video Camp is an opportunity for students entering grades 5-9 to express themselves creatively through video production. Students learn all aspects of creating television programs- all the way from storyboarding an idea to editing the finished video.
Modeled after the popular “Film Challenge” format, experienced students (with assistance from course instructors) will put their skills to the test to produce a short film with multiple required creative & technical elements. Students need a working knowledge of CCTV’s Panasonic HMC-40 camera and Final Cut editing software. For more information about the “Film Challenge” format, visit: www.48hourfilm.com/how-it-works Students can choose to attend this week for $99, or they can progress through the entire 3-week camp for $225.
