Welcome! I'm Greg Hiltz, training coordinator at CCTV in Salem, Oregon. I've been teaching Final Cut here at our community access center since 2002. I teach beginners, people who have most likely never edited before, and take pride in seeing those beginners learn the basic skills needed to be self-sufficient in the editing room.

The training program I've developed is designed especially for teachers in access centers, community centers, and public or private schools. It includes both a video program and a printed companion guide for students to use in-class or, if you choose, to take with them. The program gives a clear step-by-step approach for imparting the basic knowledge your students need to begin editing -- and mastering skills -- on their own.
