Any resident of the City of Salem and unincorporated Marion County can make their own television program using CCTV’s equipment and facilities.

First, attend an Orientation. Orientations are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 6 pm in the CCTV studio.

After Orientation you can register for classes in Camcorder, Editing and Studio Production.

Payment is required at the time of registration. Proof of identity (any picture ID) and proof of residency (utility bill) are also required for anyone using CCTV services.
